Our story
Proper bait, made properly
N.E Baits makes high-quality carp bait that's proven to catch all over Ireland and throughout Europe — boilies, pop-ups, wafters, pellets, liquids and particles, available fresh, frozen or shelflife. Personal service goes without saying.
Freshness guaranteed
The freshest local eggs go into our boilies, crushed eggshell included. The shell adds a nice crunch — but more importantly, it's high in calcium. Our shelflife boilies use exactly the same recipe as the fresh-frozen range, with a human-food-grade preservative added.
A professional Boilie Lab roller
In 2023 we invested in one of the best automatic boilie rollers there is — speed and a fantastic finish. It rolls 12, 15, 18 and now 22mm, with dumbbells and barrels in those sizes too.
Pellets from the same recipe
Alongside the roller, we can now press your favourite boilie into pellets — 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12mm. Same recipe, different shape: ideal for solid bags, PVA mesh and stick mixes.

Why steam?
The goodness stays in the bait
Boiling cooks a lot of what makes a bait work right out of it. We steam ours instead.
Goodness lost in cooking
Never sat in water
Boilies are set in steam, so the flavour and goodness can't wash out into the pot.
More food in every bait
Steaming keeps around 50% more of the nutrition than boiling. Carp can tell.
Fresh, frozen or shelflife
Same recipe every way — shelflife just adds a human-food-grade preservative.

The sustainable one
The Grub
No fishmeal at all. The Grub is built on black soldier fly sourced locally here in Ireland, with pea protein alongside — plus quality additives like original Sluis, milk, kelp, hemp powder and liver powder.
Fenugreek helps carp's metabolism and works beautifully with the creamy Maple and BetaStim. A fantastic boilie if you're avoiding fishmeals.
Fish it. Stock it.
